Any item/s purchased deemed faulty or unsatisfactory must be returned within 7 working days of purchase, and within 7 days of reporting the fault for faulty items, both instances require prior notification sent in writing to orders@dualsimphonesrus.com, after which we will provide the returns address.
All non-faulty returns must be received in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, if everything is in order a full refund will be provided excluding return postage. For faulty items other than the reported fault the item must be in otherwise good condition with no signs of damage (return postage will be paid on request for faulty returns to a maximum £10 if a postage receipt is provided).
If faulty returns are not deemed to be faulty by our returns department on receipt back, we will either offer to return them or we may offer a refund minus your postage costs (in some cases if we decide to refund a reported faulty return which upon receipt is deemed not to be faulty, we reserve the right to apply a 25% re-stocking fee to take into account the item/s having to be sold as returned stock).
